I, the undersigned parent/guardian, understand that mutton busting is a rodeo event that involves riding a sheep in a controlled arena setting. While safety precautions will be taken, I acknowledge that:

• Participation involves inherent risks of injury.
• The Williamson County Fair & Rodeo, its volunteers, staff, sponsors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries that may occur.
• I release and hold harmless the Williamson County Fair & Rodeo, its officers, staff, volunteers, and sponsors from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation.

Medical Consent

In the event of illness or injury, I authorize event staff and/or medical personnel to administer necessary first aid and to transport my child for emergency medical treatment if required.

Parent/Guardian Consent

I certify that my child meets the eligibility requirements listed above. I have read and understood the waiver and consent statements and voluntarily allow my child to participate in the mutton busting event.
