Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Wilco Fair & Rodeo! We receive numerous applications each year and make selections based on variety, quality and providing a great experience for the thousands of attendees who visit the fair!

Completing the form below will place you on the Williamson County Fair and Rodeo vendor list for review by the Vendor Chair and their committee. Upon review, you will be notified via email whether or not we have availability for your booth at this year's fair. Thank you for your time and understanding.

While we encourage a diversity of vendors, we do not approve space for any advocacy groups.
